**Directeur(trice) adjoint(e) de magasin**

En tant que directeur adjoint de magasin, vous assurerez le leadership et la direction de l'équipe de magasin tout en exécutant avec succès la vision et les valeurs de l'entreprise sous la direction du gestionnaire de magasin.
Vous contribuez à maximiser la rentabilité du magasin en atteignant les objectifs de vente du magasin. Vous vous assurez que les normes et les processus du magasin pour le marchandisage, les opérations, la dotation en personnel et l'engagement communautaire sont bien exécutés.
Au besoin, vous assumerez la responsabilité du magasin en l'absence du gestionnaire de magasin. Vous créez un environnement inclusif, en donnant toujours la priorité à nos clients internes et externes. **Ce que vous ferez**:

- Vous contribuez en maximisant les ventes en magasin, en atteignant les objectifs de vente en magasin et en surveillant la progression des ventes et les résultats par rapport aux objectifs clés.
- Vous démontrez et encouragez un état d'esprit centré sur le consommateur, et montrez l’exemple aux équipes par des interactions authentiques avec les consommateurs.
- Vous êtes responsable de soutenir le gestionnaire de magasin dans le réseautage, l'attraction, le recrutement et les entrevues en ce qui concerne les talents de haut calibre.
- Vous fournissez de l’accompagnement, des rétroactions, de la formation et de la supervision aux associés, en vous assurant que toutes les politiques et les procédures de l'entreprise sont suivies et conformes.

**Comment vous y parviendrez**:

- En démontrant constamment une communication, une formation et un accompagnement clairs de l'équipe, vous aidez à définir les attentes en matière d'engagement client, de politiques et de procédures en magasin, ainsi qu’à encourager une équipe solide.
- Vous aidez à gérer les dépenses pour maximiser les ventes et la rentabilité.
- Vous cultivez un environnement de productivité en vous assurant que l'équipe de magasin possède les connaissances et les compétences nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs du magasin en matière de ventes et d’engagement client.

- Vous êtes responsable d'assister le gestionnaire de magasin dans l'accompagnement et le développement de l'équipe.
