**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions in accounting custom software program MEPsoft.
- Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct account reconciliation to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare financial reports for management review, summarizing key financial data and trends.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits to provide necessary documentation and support.
- General office cleaning
- Inventory
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and excel is essential.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including bank reconciliation, payroll processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
