**Reports To**: Manager

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced Headmaster/Principal to lead and manage our international high school. This position is ideal for professionals with educational management experience, especially with an international education background.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee the daily operations and management of the school

2. Develop and implement school development strategies to enhance educational quality and brand influence

3. Supervise and evaluate teaching quality to achieve educational goals

4. Recruit and manage the teaching team, providing professional development and training opportunities

5. Establish and maintain good relationships with parents, the community, and educational authorities

6. Manage the school’s budget and finances, ensuring effective use of resources

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Master’s degree or higher in Educational Management, Education, or related fields
- **Experience**:At least 10 years of educational management experience, preferably with an international education background
- **Skills**:

- Familiar with international education systems and curriculum
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with standard office hours.
- On site office work in North York

**Salary range**:CA$90,000/yr - CA$110,000/yr
