Sales & Leasing Consultant

The New and Used Vehicle Sales & Leasing Consultant is responsible for receiving and responding to web based electronic inquiries (leads) and phone calls that result from prospects and customers visiting our Hearst dealership location and various Lecours Motor Sales and associated websites.
- Use Lecours Motor Sales lead management system software.
- Execute the Lecours Motor Sales process in a consistent yet flexible manner to achieve a great customer experience.
- Matches customer needs with model and equipment and presents vehicle in terms of customer’s interest.
- Offers customer involvement in trade-in evaluation, presents financial proposition, satisfies customer concerns and customer orders.

**Qualifications**
- Canadian citizen residing in Canada
- Be fluent in French & English
- Communications skills, written
