Plasma Table Operator

TIME Limited is a manufacturer, custom fabricator & distributor who has experienced exponential growth over the past decade. TIME has been serving the mining, forestry and exploration industries for the past 50 years.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Safe set up and operation of the CNC plasma table
- Ensure proper material type and thickness is used
- Ensure all guards and safety devices are in place and function properly
- Maintain a clean and environmentally safe workshop
- Monitor machine to ensure accurate output of parts that meet or exceed quality standards
- Read and follow fabrication drawings

**Job requirements**
- Experience reading and interpreting mechanical drawings
- Experience in a manufacturing facility is an asset
- Experience with overhead cranes;
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Able to lift up products that weigh up to 50 lbs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Intermediate computer skills required. Knowledge of Microsoft office and nesting software is an asset.
- Brake press, metal forming experience is an asset
