**Job Summary**
- We are a growing company, currently seeking dedicated, adaptable individuals to join Grimco. Grimco is a national wholesale sign supply manufacturer and distributor that has been around for over 145 years with 50+ locations in the United States, 8 in Canada, and recent expansion into the United Kingdom. Never satisfied with the status quo and always hungry to learn more.This role is located at our Burnaby Branch with the scheduled hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.**Key Responsibilities & Duties**
- Pick and pick orders of sign supplies in preparation for shipping to customers.
- Load and unload delivery trucks both by hand and using a forklift.
- Operate forklift and order picker.
- Ship and receive orders using appropriate shipping software.
- Receive and examine incoming material for discrepancies/damages.
- Stock inventory when replenishment shipments come in.
- Accurately enter shipping and receiving data into ERP system.
- Use ERP system to track orders and answer questions for team members and customers.
- Assist couriers and delivery drivers with manifest information and work in order to maximize delivery efficiency.
- Perform accurate cycle counts of inventory.
- Perform duties using a safety-conscious attitude.
- Perform other duties as assigned (cleaning/sweeping warehouse, maintenance, special projects, etc.).
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous warehouse/shipping/receiving/general labour experience.
- Completed High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience with ERP systems.
- Current Forklift and Order Picker certifications considered an asset. Training can be provided.
- Advanced/fluent skill levels of French or other languages are always a plus.
- Strong work ethic.
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Other Characteristics**
- Requires the ability to lift, push, pull and carry tools and warehouse materials weighing 50+ pounds on a frequent basis.
- Requires prolonged standing or walking and frequent bending, stooping, and reaching daily.
- Requires the ability to climb ladders to pick or put away products.
- Requires a full range of physical motion to operate manual and electrically powered tools and machines (i.e., forklift).
- Safety Conscious at all times
- Computer literate: Printing Tickets, Shipping Software, MS Office Suite, Internet Navigation, and ERP system experience.
- Interest in growing with Grimco - potential overtime hours, and supervisory duties in the future, etc.
