The Server/Shift Leader,

Haveli Bistro, A casual Fine Dine Indian Cuisine, located in the heart of Surrey is looking for an experienced & passionate Server/Shift leader

Its a salaried position. Hours will be 40 per week. Servers will have daily tips too

FRIDAY & SATURDAY ALL DAY AVAILABILITY IS MUST

**As a Server, you’ll**:

- Be the source of unforgettable dining experiences, creating a memorable experience for our guests
- Optimize your section turnover by achieving flawless operations, upselling &B suggestive selling
- Exercise your communication skills and unique service offering by being a business owner and taking responsibility for your service of your section like you own it, every shift and be responsible for it.
- Create an environment of connected, committed teamwork through non-stop communication and the willingness to help others win. We want a team player
- Be the life of the party, keeping fun the focus of every interaction. We are not just looking for someone who can take orders, but we want somebody who will go up & beyond and make our guests smile with beautiful conversation & suggestive selling.

- We want you to come with a smile, make good relations with all fellow staff members and make our guests regular and loyal to us.
- The ability to strike up a conversation with anyone, and communication skills that foster seamless teamwork and smooth-sailing-shifts. I expect the servers to have good knowledge about the drinks menu, so its easy for them to pitch cocktails, explain them briefly and sell the best possible, according to the guest needs.
- Required certifications to responsibly serve alcohol ( SERVING IT RIGHT )
- The ability to legally work in Canada (as a citizen, Permanent resident or Student, work permit holder )
