Are you passionate about Neapolitan pizza and ready to bring your energy to the kitchen? We're looking for a dynamic and talented Pizzaiolo Trainer to join our team and help develop our people to make our mouth watering pizzas that will delight our customers.
**Requirements**:

- Love for Neapolitan pizza and an eagerness to coach and train in the kitchen.
- Previous experience with Hand tossed or Neapolitan Pizza required. Experience with line cooking and kitchen leadership roles an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy environments with a positive attitude.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with our team.
- A passion for delivering high-quality, professional training to deliver and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Opportunity to travel with the operation’s team as lead kitchen trainer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Train and develop new and existing Franchisees and or Kitchen Managers to craft and execute delicious pizzas with precision and attention to detail.
- Training our Pizzaiolo chefs at our New Store Openings
- Assist with ingredient preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring proper food handling procedures.
- Uphold our commitment to quality and consistency, ensuring every pizza is perfect.
