We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter and Contractor Sales Representative. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales at our retail location.

- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries and purchases
- Assist customers loading their purchases in store and the yards
- Provide product recommendations and information to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area and help clean the store
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Knowledge and experience of building supplies will be extremely helpful
- Being fit, energetic and getting along with others is a must
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Strong customer service skills to provide an exceptional shopping experience
- Sales skills to promote products and close sales
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
