Field Technician

*Job Overview*

*Responsibilities*

Complete framing inspections
- Install temp stairs, walkways, and guardrail (interior/exterior).
- Frame basements (when required).
- Build decks/deck stairs (when required).
- Build fences (when required).
- Build garage landings and stairs.
- Build final front stairs and skirting.
- Random construction tasks throughout build.
- Signage (build signs, weekly inspections to ensure signage is in good order).

Ensure sites are clean and safe, ensures trades are cleaning up after themselves and following.

*Experience*
- Residential construction experience is an asset.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel to sites.
