**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and deliver engaging dance lessons tailored to different skill levels and age groups.
- Teach various dance styles, including but not limited to ballet, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, and tap.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their technique and confidence.
- Organize and participate in recitals and performances as needed.
- Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
- Collaborate with other instructors to develop programs that enhance the overall dance curriculum.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in dance education and participate in professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Dance Instructor or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in one or more dance styles with a solid understanding of dance techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to create an inclusive atmosphere that promotes teamwork and respect among students.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching dance.
- Certification in dance education or related field is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience working with children or youth is highly desirable.

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 10 per week
