**Title: Project Manager/ Project coordinator**
- **Job Summary**:_

Smart Renovations is a kitchen and bathroom design firm who is also providing one stop renovation services, including design and build. We need an experienced project manager to coordinate teams and clients to make sure the jobs are done in time, meeting high workmanship standards. We are welcoming sunny, enthusiastic and responsible project managers to our company, willing to continue to grow and achieve, realize self-value, and create value for the community.
- **Job Tasks**:_
- Read and understand construction and production drawings
- Make sure all the related materials are ready before start the project
- Remind clients for all the preparations before project is started
- Organize the projects time lines in advance with working teams and clients to make sure the projects can start on time
- Schedule all the teams/trades to conduct works in different project stages
- Go through with teams with job scopes and remind teams for certain special details which might easily forgetten
- Visit site oftenly and correct all the inproper works done if there is any, and control the workmaship quality for whole project
- Coordinate with design teams for the changes may be made according to the actual needs of the construction site or clients' requests
- Coordinate with accountant and client for the pricing changes when needed
- Finish reports weekly and monthly to company management
- Send weekly report to clients and provide sufficient information for clients to understand the progress of the project
- **Skills Required**:_
- Ontario driver license, capable to drive 12 feet long truck
- Familiar with project management softwares
- Exceptional knowledges of plumbing, electrical, construction works
- Knowlegable with ontario building codes
- Strong communication skills
- Available to work under pressure
- Problems solver
- 3-5 years of industry experience preferably project management experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Project management: 3 years (preferred)
