Job Summary:
The Head of Marketing is accountable for the development and delivery of marketing and branding strategy and action plans to achieve the objectives of the business. This is where creativity and performance combine to support the success of an exciting business

**Job Description**:

- Key Role Requirements:

- Leadership- Provide marketing functional leadership ensuring adoption of best practices and monitoring of key metrics.-
- Strategic marketing business partner to the leaders of the business including providing support, guidance, and mentorship.-
- Coach, mentor and direct marketing team resources and collaborating with other BU’s for support and guidance.- Brand- Accountable for driving the development & execution of the overall marketing and brand strategy.-
- Launching an all new brand-
- Responsible for the delivery and management of external company communications.- Product Marketing- Accountable for the creation and delivery of Go-To-Market plans (GTMs).-
- GTMs will define product value, sales and marketing execution plans, operations enablement plans etc. by product strategy.Will work with shared external cross-company Marketing resources to deliver channel marketing- Events Management- Ensure that the business delivers, sponsors, participates, and attends appropriate industry events- Marketing Analytics- Account for the analysis, delivery of results and insights based on marketing data.-
- Accountable for defining and reporting on key targets, scorecards, and measures pertaining to: key KPIs, Brand, GTM effectiveness, Channel Effectiveness, Event effectiveness etc.Reporting Relationships:

- This role reports directly to the Sales & Marketing leader
- The role is required to collaborate with colleagues across business units and the Global Modaxo Marketing Leaders.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Ability to act in a self-directed self-motivated manner, demonstrating initiative, innovation, and the ability to juggle competing priorities through outstanding time management skills.-
- Metrics-driven with the ability to derive insights from data.-
- Agile, willingness to take “controlled” risks and engage with regular experimentation.-
- Extensive brand management expertise and experience including the ability to influence remote teams in a matrix environment.-
- Highly developed and proven organizational and personal communication skills.-
- A strong client service mind-set focused on understanding and addressing client needs.-
- Ability to successfully consult and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.-
- Commercially savvy with an understanding of key business drivers in general, with the ability to quickly adopt CSI/Modaxo business philosophy and best practices.-
- Proven ability to develop, implement and oversee innovative digital marketing programs.-
- Degree qualified (postgraduate desirable) in Marketing or a business-related discipline.Worker Type:
