Sales Representative

**Your daily routine**
- Welcoming and guiding clients
- Show the model homes and explain the different options
- Follow up with current and potential clients
- Represent the company to potential buyers

**Your expertise**
- Bilingualism, both oral and written (French/English)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales field
- Computer skills (MS Office, CRM, Zoom/Teams)
- Relevant experience in the construction industry
- Communication, sales and negotiation skills
- Sense of professionalism and courtesy
- Commitment to provide exemplary customer service
- Team spirit
- Availability to travel for corporate events
- Proactive and goal-oriented

**Working conditions**
- Permanent, full-time position
- 40h/week, schedule to be determined
- Base salary with commissions, to be discussed according to experience
