Resort Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated person or couple to oversee the daily operations of our resort. The Resort Managers will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining the overall efficiency and profitability of the resort.

**Duties**:

- Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all guests
- Train and supervise team members to ensure they are knowledgeable and provide exceptional service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Create and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial reports
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the resort
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
