**How does the role impact the organization?**

This position allows the team, and the firm, to continue to provide the highest level of services to clients.

**What will your role be responsible for?**
- Help prepare presentations for client meetings and with portfolio analysis for prospective clients
- Will be responsible for creating custom reports and analysis of various financial figures for clients and the portfolio managers
- Will be responsible for the preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, including meeting preparation, as well as post-meeting follow up where analysis and explanation of concepts or scenarios is required.
- Will be involved in the analysis and comparison of prospective clients investments and statements along with the preparation of proposals.
- Help with FX for trading and ensure all clients and prospects are coded properly for PM models
- Trading and bulk trading of model portfolios
- Run variance reviews for all positions and support various office administrative duties
- Review all household fees and ensure aligned with fee schedule
- Help with media prep - BNN news, data, research etc.
- Assist with generating monthly client spreadsheets
- Help with on-going marketing materials and developments
- Do update calls with mutual fund companies and conference calls for PM’s

**What do we expect from you?**
- 3-5 years’ experience
- CFA or obtaining CFA is an asset
- Being able to leverage resources
- Background in writing and editing

***_Licenses/Certifications_**
- RR licensed preferred
- Completion of both Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practice Handbook Course (CPH) within 18 months of hire if not already complete.
