**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Success, the System & Process Analyst will engage with both customers and internal cross functional teams. In support of customer acquisition, retention and growth; this role will have shared responsibility for ongoing operational activities as well as process and system improvements. The goal is to ensure a positive customer experience in all interactions with the business; while also helping the organization improve process and tools to support rapid growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support the sales team with operational needs relating to marketing, sales operations, and revenue
- Perform data analysis, de-duplication, and cleanup as needed to ensure to ensure data integrity in Salesforce and NetSuite and Product Platform
- Assist sales as needed with ad hoc reporting and general requests
- Assess, research, analyze and document business needs
- Train the sales team on operational best practices and other sales ops initiatives as needed
- Support team with system and process improvement
- Data Analysis in support of the Customer Journey
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Post-Secondary Education focused on Business Analysis
- Minimum of 2 years’ operational experience required
- Strong organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills
- Ability to work cross functionally, across all organizations to drive new or enhanced technology projects
- Ability to communicate and work closely with technology vendors and manage the business relationships for BlackBerry
- Expertise with MS Excel including for data analysis
- Knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, or Power BI is a bonus
