Notre programme d'entraînement en haute intensité est composé de stations de 2 minutes chacune et utilise des techniques de boxe, kickboxing, autodéfense et renforcement des abdominaux. Chacune des 13 stations vous met au défi afin d’améliorer votre condition physique et de vous récompenser avec des résultats incroyables.

30 Minute Hit is a fast paced, action packed boxing/kickboxing & self defense based circuit style workout designed just for women. As a company we pride ourselves on the quality of instruction we provide to our clients, and on our ability to foster a motivating, fun, and inclusive community of women. Our goal is to provide an unparalleled experience and to show each and every one of our members how amazing they truly are.

If you are a person who likes to be challenged, and you want to be a part of a growing business that is making a difference in the community, then we are looking for you We're looking to add to our already amazing team, for 2-4 shifts per week (10-20hr weekly.) We are looking to fill both morning (7:45-12:45) and afternoon (3:45-8:15 PM) shifts.

**What you will do**:

- Consult and understand members' needs and goals, and help them through the registration process
- making sales;
- Support and motivate members while maintaining a positive and empowering environment;
- Passionately teach and demonstrate boxing, kickboxing, and self-defense techniques;
- Keep members engaged & satisfied, while putting the members' needs first.

**Requirements**:

- Must be willing and eager to physically train and continuously improve personal skillset
- Sales experience welcome
- Background checks required
- Position is physically demanding and requires the ability to perform & demonstrate various technical skills as well as be on your feet for duration of shift walking, running, bending, stooping, lifting, & twisting.

Pay: $17 - $20 / hour
