**Job Summary**

Class 4 or Class 1 BC Drivers License Required

The Ambulance Driver plays a critical role in emergency medical services by ensuring the safe and timely transport of patients to medical facilities. This position requires a dedicated individual who can operate an ambulance under various conditions while providing essential support to medical personnel. T

**Duties**
- Safely operate an ambulance in accordance with traffic laws and regulations during non-emergency situations.
- Assist with heavy lifting of patients onto stretchers and into the ambulance as required.
- Drive ambulances between provinces, Canada and USA. Must have passport or NEXUS
- Respond to wildfire emergencies in the summer season

**Skills**
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, ensuring safe transfer of patients in various conditions.
- Class 1 or Class 4 drivers license
- Ideal for retired or semi retired medics or fire fighters

This position is essential for delivering high-quality emergency care and requires a commitment to patient safety and well-being. Long haul ambulance driving, winter driving, overnight required. Casual on call. Busy in summer with wildfire support as well.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
