**Required Qualifications**:
High School diploma or recognized equivalent required.

**Additional Required Qualifications**:
High School diploma or recognized equivalent required. Medical Terminology required. Two (2) to three (3) years previous reception/ secretarial experience required. Ability to work in an extremely high paced environment with constant interruption required. Excellent communication skills required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel required. Familiar with office equipment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Post secondary training in Secretarial Arts course preferred. Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with public preferred. Ability to work in a confidential and rapid changing environment. Possesses strong and effective communication skills. A good command of the English language and a pleasant and helpful tone. Ability to spell, format and punctuate correctly. Must be able to work in an environment with competing priorities.
