**Summary of Business**:
We are a well-established spray finishing shop in search of a full-time **JR Spray Technician** to join our team. We work mainly in new kitchen cabinetry - furniture - exterior/interior trim packages - automotive finishes. Our headquarters and finishing shop in Oakville at the QEW & Bronte Road. We are located 1km from the Bronte GO Station.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Crucial thinking - Ability to use sound judgement when making decisions.
- Time Management - Use time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Planning & Organized Skills
- Problem Solving - Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- High quality attention to detail with a critical eye for identifying defects.
- Finishing 3 years (preferred), training will be given

**Desired**:

- Safety & First Aid Training
- Training in 5S/Lean Manufacturing
