**About the Opportunity**

We're looking for innovative individuals who can bring fresh perspectives to our team. We're currently hiring for a Carpenter to join our team.

**Responsibilities**
- Building decks, fences and pergolas
- Residential renovations
- Flooring
- Rough/finish carpentry
- Assisting other team members with the completion of different stages of construction when necessary
- Collaborate with other divisions within the company to complete projects

**Is this the right role for you?**
- You can perform manual labor and lift up to 25 kilograms
- You have strong attention to detail and knowledge of hand tools as well as automated machinery and proper use
- You’re comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- You’re able to problem-solve with a solution-based approach

**Requirements**:

- Must have license and own transportation
- Must show up to work for every shift on time
- Good communication skills and ability to follow direction
- Be open to a variety of different carpentry tasks
- Minimum 5 years’ experience

**What we can offer you**:

- $500 bonus after 3 months of employment
- Full-time Position (40-50 hrs/week)

**Salary**: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
