**The job involves**:
Executing all finance, marketing, gaming and non-gaming performance and operational reporting initiatives using analytical and data management techniques as well as presenting findings and recommendations
Completing ad hoc and planned projects as required from the finance, marketing, gaming and non-gaming departments
Providing strong data analysis and insights to the leadership team regarding operational performance
Preparation of monthly/quarterly reports and presentations
Assisting with corporate planning including operating and capital budgets and forecasting
Adhering to compliance and workplace policies, internal control procedures, OLG and AGCO directives
Works as part of a team for the success of the business. Exhibits attention to detail and accuracy in performing duties
Flexible to support a 24/7 operation

College Diploma or University Degree
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an analytical and/or financial position
Experience with Financial Planning and Analytics preferred
Demonstrate skills in problem identification, analysis and solution creation
High degree of flexibility for multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Experience with compiling, analyzing, and reporting on corporate data
Exceptional communication skills, demonstrates respect, regard and consideration for others
Advanced technical skills (MS Excel, and SQL Server experience preferred)
