We take pride in our commitment to excellence and are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Parts Advisor.

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership's parts department. Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- **Customer Service**:Providing excellent customer service by assisting clients in identifying and purchasing the right parts for their Audi vehicles.
- **Order Management**: Managing parts inventory, placing orders, and coordinating deliveries to meet customer needs promptly.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Utilizing your knowledge of Audi parts and accessories to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with service technicians, sales teams, and other departments to ensure efficient communication and smooth operations.

**Requirement & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in an automotive dealership, preferably with a focus on import vehicles for 1 year or more
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, particularly those related to German vehicles.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems.
- Full driving license and clean abstract
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
