We are a rapidly growing construction company seeking a buyer.

As Buyer, you are responsible for identifying the external material and service needs of the organization, sourcing of providers who can supply the goods and services and negotiating price/delivery contracts for those goods and services.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Determine procurement needs of the organization by working with internal stakeholders to forecast and evaluate demand.
- Perform cost management to identify and analyze areas of potential cost reduction and/or profit optimization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manage their performance. Conduct routine supplier business reviews thru evaluation of performance and compliance.
- Negotiate directly with vendors to optimize pricing and payment options.
- Bid, award, and administer material, service subcontracts to suppliers.
- Responsible for inventory management including but not limited to monitoring the the receipt of purchased materials and services, maintenance of detailed records of purchases made and ongoing inventory levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
