**Job Summary**

American Bath Group (ABG), a leader in North American bathroom fixtures, is searching for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the marketing-communication (marcom) team and help lead the growth of the ABG Shower Doors channel and product category. ABG is an ambitious and dynamic company focused on changing North American homes through aesthetics, performance, and innovation. By leveraging on our multiple North American manufacturing locations and collaborating with hundreds of strategic partners we can deliver great products to the marketplace.

The MarketingManager defines and executes projects that support brand and product commercialization objectives for ABG Shower Doors. The position requires close collaboration with our R&D, channel marketing, marketing communications & sales teams, all of whom share the same growth objectives.

**Primary Responsibilities & Requirements**
- Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, product & channel marketing, R&D and brand representatives to build a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan for ABG Showers Doors based on the Executive VP of Shower Doors vision for the portfolio.
- Develop a marketing plan exploring new ideas that are creative and innovative for the door portfolio.
- Develop new business in market not yet fully mature by understanding the opportunity and working with sales to identify the best and fastest approach to growth.
- Work with channel marketing and sales teams to identify programs to generate growth, build incremental sales and/or brand awareness within the channels.
- Manage the day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts for the specified business channel (doors), including project management, creative development, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking (KPI) and reporting as necessary.
- Prepare commercialization plan for all door new product development initiatives.
- Support the development of brand and sales strategies as well as the marketing plans across the organization.
- Manage the brand identity and related positioning and messaging with creative team.
- Maintain brand integrity across product lines, marketing tools and all other internal & external communication as it pertains to assigned brands.

**Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing;
- 5-10 years of relevant marketing experience;
- Project management experience is an asset;
- Experience in the plumbing fixtures, building products, or related industry is an asset;
- Smartsheet experience is an asset;
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills are mandatory
- Strong English communication skills
