**Role Summary**:
The MRO Supervisor will ensure MRO spare parts, inventory and sourcing meet Cam-Slide standards. Responsible for quote, negotiation, project and supplier management. Supports production and maintenance with cost and timing, for all production/ prototype / service/maintenance components, tools, spare parts or services as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the development, data collection and reporting of Key Performance in the Maintenance Department
- Provide daily leadership and supervision to the tool crib attendants including performance management, task prioritization and guidance on tool crib issues.
- Lead and oversee the tool crib attendants and ensure inventory levels are monitored and recommend min/max level adjustments to minimize inventory value.
- Ensures timely creation and accurate detailed entry of purchase requisitions and purchase orders preceding authorization approval
- Complete accounting functions for maintenance department including PO processing and verify documentation for accounts payable.
- Maintain Parts & Supplies minimum stock and following activities: 5S within the area to ensure organization and appropriate tracking, issue parts from sign out sheets and tracking documents, restock and order parts as needed to maintain appropriate inventory
- Obtain/ evaluate competitive quotations to obtain the best overall purchase cost, timing and quality. Contract negotiation, analysis and implementation
- Performs analysis of costs for use during sourcing process ensuring a minimum of 3 quotes are reviewed prior to source selection. Prepare matrix of costs for review by team.
- Manage Contractors used for key preventative maintenance programs.
- Ensure contractors receives contractor’s health and safety packages as well as monitor contractors on site.
- Ensure Contracted services and programs are accurate, completed and not overdue.
- Use Fiix to track maintenance activities for the facilities including inspection and repairs with Contractors performing maintenance
- Use Fiix Daily to manage WO History, track progress and repair costs.
- Audit Fiix WO System for accuracy and improvements
- Expedite orders, when necessary, effectively manage expedites to eliminate emergency surcharges. Presents action plans to identify expedites and corrective actions.
- Establish and maintain controls for quantity, quality, price and delivery of related incoming purchased items.
- Manage all assets and spare parts inventory including vending Machines. Lead inventory cycle counts periodically to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor incoming and outstanding requests including audit findings and work order requests from other departments.
- Identify best practices; collaborate with Maintenance Lead for implementation of Continuous Improvement on existing Preventative Maintenance documents
- Oversee management of consignment stock and identify opportunities to minimize inventory value
- Ensures all incoming materials meet governmental and safety constraints on restricted, toxic and hazardous materials.
- Focused effort to maintain and develop a qualified supply base that works with Cam-Slide in a partnership to ensure our goals are achieved
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
- Adhere to all IATF 16949 policies and procedures
- Must comply with all ISO 14001 (Environmental) and OHSAS 18001 (Health and Safety) systems and standards as it pertains to their work

**Key Qualifications/Requirements**:

- 3 Years’ experience in MRO within the manufacturing industry.
- Previous experience as an MRO Supervisor preferred
- Previous experience in contractor management preferred.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities to completion within a tight timeline
- Excellent interpersonal skills required, including an ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to pull the necessary resources together to complete the jobs required
- Demonstrated ability to distinguish and balance priorities within the areas of responsibility while meeting both the short and long-term objectives
- Previous experi
