**Key Responsibilities**:
Site supervision and delegation of responsibilities of daily tasks to crew - Organizing and planning projects based on a thorough understanding of plans, specs, schedules and safe work practices - Working effectively with Project Managers and build productive relationships with General Contractors/Owners and Subtrades - Leading and encouraging a construction crew recognizing strengths of each individual to achieve quality results - Proactive problem solving and conflict resolution - Promote and enforce health and safety regulations and requirements - Monitor quality control on site - Manage all on site material and ensure sufficient quantities to complete job

**Qualifications**:

- Must be an active member of Skilled Trades Ontario and hold a 306A license - 2+ years of commercial and industrial experience as a Senior Journeyman, Lead Hand, or Foreman - Demonstrated ability to lead people - Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Capacity to coordinate multiple tasks through superior time management skills - Highly organized, detail oriented & self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment - Team focused with ability to work independently to meet deadlines and goals - Knowledge of the latest construction technology and equipment
