**Project Sales Associate**:
Join our vibrant and award-winning team as a Project Sales Associate for our new townhouse development in New Westminster. We are seeking a motivated and confident individual to work at our Presentation Centre, with a commitment of 2-3 days a week and the possibility of additional shifts from 12-5pm. This position is best suited for someone that has some experience in project sales and you must have an active Real Estate Trading Licence in good standing.

**Role/Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain our CRM Database (Lasso)
- Draft enforceable Contracts of Purchase and Sale
- Oversee the upkeep of the Presentation Centre
- Set up signage and balloons
- Submit daily traffic reports
- Prepare and distribute e-blasts to our database

**Qualifications**:

- Must have an active Real Estate Trading Licence (in good standing)
- Strong English language and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Punctual and reliable
- Speaking a second language, particularly Mandarin or Cantonese, is an asset but not required
- Must have a Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Technologically proficient (MS Office 365, Google Workspace); prior experience with Avesdo and Lasso is a plus
- Knowledge and experience with new construction projects is an asset
- Team player with a positive attitude; eager to learn and follow direction
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within our dynamic team. With several projects in the pipeline, we are looking for someone who will complement our team by helping us achieve our sales goals and targets. This commission-based position is based on experience. Applicants must be willing to transfer their licence to Oakwyn Realty Ltd.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
