Horizon School Division requires a temporary Career Practitioner - 37.5 hours/week
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
A non-teaching position, the Practitioner is responsible for assisting in all facets of employment/career and educational exploration and planning for all grades 9-12 students in Horizon.
Qualifications include an undergraduate degree in an associated field ideally with career development coursework and related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Eligibility for membership in the Career Development Association of Alberta (CDAA) would be an asset.
This position will commence August 23, 2023 and conclude June 28, 2024 or upon return of incumbent.
