Sales Advisor

**Requirements**:

- Self-motivated and driven to want to be their best on a daily basis
- Organized, time-management and prioritization, detailed oriented and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to establish and develop strong relations with customers
- Driver's License

**Specific qualifications for the Outside Sales Advisor position include**
- Business to consumer sales is an asset but not required
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with Technology
- Flexibility to work during the day, evenings and some weekends
- Prior experience in HVAC is not required but an asset

**Responsibilities**

As an Outside Sales Advisor it is your responsibility to build great relationships with customer and educate the customer on what system is best for them based on what they need. You will be responsible for submitting detailed paperwork of your sales.

**Your specific duties as an Outside Sales Advisor will include**
- Engaging new, current and previous customers with solutions for their home comfort needs
- Conduct follow up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a referral base
- Communicate with office staff to ensure a positive experience for the customer from start to finish
