**Job Overview**
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing excellent customer service in a retail environment. Your primary responsibility will be assisting customers with their Olive Oil and Vinegar purchases and inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.

**Duties**:

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, and also suggesting the best selling oil or vinegar.
- Filling the bottles throughout the day
- Demonstrate product knowledge to assist customers with Evoolution's products
- Employ effective selling techniques to promote products and drive sales
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and offer best possible product
- Process transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, perform the store cleaning procedure as directed by the manager

**Schedule**
- Weekend Required
- Week days Required
- Holidays
- Overtime

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in English to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required

**Note**: This position is 100% in person and no options for remote work. we do not offer staff housing, and you would need to secure your own housing if you are not already living in Bow Valley.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Work Location: In person
