**The West Elgin Community Health Centre** is located in the beautiful, rural community of **West Lorne, Ontario.** We are conveniently situated a half hour outside of London and Chatham.

Our **Primary Health Services Director** position is a full-time employment opportunity with generous paid time off entitlements, paid professional development days, benefits and HOOPP pension. This position is based on 37.5 hours a week. Most importantly, you would be working with an amazing team who share a vision of vibrant and caring communities, people and workplace.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
The Primary Health Services Director leads and manages all aspects of programs and services development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation for the Primary Care, Diabetes, Chiropody, Chronic Disease Management, and Physiotherapy programs and teams. The Director also coordinates other programs and services offered at the Centre including Needle Exchange.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in health sciences, social services or healthcare management. Regulated healthcare professional preferred.
- Three (3) years of progressive clinical program management ideally in a healthcare setting. Non-profit experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with demonstrated alignment with our mission, vision and values.
- Exceptional HR and employee engagement skills, and strong operational administration experience required.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required where public transportation is not available.
- Full COVID-19 vaccination status or medical exemption and vulnerable sector police check required.

Pay: $86,232.00-$101,449.00 per year
