- Proven experience in hotel or facility maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual labour.
- Certification in relevant trade skills (e.g., electrical, plumbing) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
