**Position Overview**:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Gutter Installer to join our team. As a Gutter Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper installation and maintenance of gutter systems for residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will contribute to the overall functionality and aesthetic appeal of our clients' buildings while adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with team members to plan and organize daily installation schedules.
- Safely and efficiently install various types of gutter systems, including seamless, sectional, and downspout components.
- Measure and cut gutter materials to required lengths, ensuring precision and accuracy.
- Secure gutters to the building structure, ensuring proper pitch and alignment to facilitate efficient water drainage.
- Install gutter guards and screens to prevent debris buildup and clogging.
- Conduct inspections of existing gutter systems to assess repairs, replacements, or upgrades.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing information about installation procedures and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards during all installation and maintenance activities.
- Utilize appropriate tools and equipment, such as ladders, power drills, rivet guns, and hand tools, while maintaining proper safety practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, leaving the job site in the same or better condition than found.
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating professionalism, punctuality, and respect for clients' properties.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in gutter installation, repair, or related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with various gutter materials, including aluminum, vinyl, and copper.
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and assemble gutter components.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality work standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges during installations.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor, including working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the ability to follow safety protocols.

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
