**AIR INUIT - COMPANY PROFILE**

Air Inuit has been providing essential scheduled, charter, cargo, and emergency air transportation services in Nunavik and beyond, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for over 44 years. Collectively owned by the Inuit of Nunavik, through the Makivik Corporation, the airline operates a fleet of 30 aircraft and employs approximately 1000 employees in one of the most challenging flight environments.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**When acting as a Loadmaster**:

- Able to work in collaboration with Flight, Ground and Maintenance Operation teams;
- In charge of loading and offloading Dash 8 Cargo aircraft;
- Follow a prepared weight and balance and ensure loads match those planned;
- Follows and observes flight crew on daily cargo missions;
- Work in co-operation with the flight crew / aircraft mechanics;
- Follow procedures as outlined in the Loadmaster Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

**When acting as a Groomer**:

- Able to work in collaboration with Flight, Ground and Maintenance Operation teams;
- Clean Cargo / Combi aircraft according to the required procedures;
- Clean exterior and interior of vehicles;
- Ensure the organization of all the maintenance equipment;
- Work in co-operation with the flight crew / aircraft mechanics;
- Keep the hangar clean;
- Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by the Maintenance Crew Chief;
- Assist with Aircraft turnarounds.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate in at least 2 of the following languages: Inuktitut, French, English
- Ability to hold a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
- Punctual and reliable
- Hold a valid driving license
- Be in good physical health
- Commercial pilot licence is an asset
