Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems, particularly QuickBooks and other essential platforms.
- **Vendor and Technology Management**: Manage relationships with AI vendors and technology partners, ensuring that the solutions provided meet the company’s standards for performance and reliability. Stay informed about the latest developments in AI technology and recommend new tools that could benefit the business.
- **Process Optimization**: Identify opportunities to streamline processes within accounting and client management using AI solutions, such as automating data entry, reconciliation, and financial reporting. Lead efforts to standardize processes across the company to maximize the impact of AI implementations.
- **Project Leadership**: Oversee AI implementation projects from concept to deployment, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints. Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and post-implementation reviews.
- **Training and Adoption**: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that all relevant team members can effectively use the implemented AI tools. Act as the primary point of contact for AI-related inquiries and support within the company.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**: Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of AI implementations and provide regular performance reports to senior management. Continuously assess AI tools in use and recommend improvements or adjustments to enhance their impact.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Problem-solving**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during AI integration and operation.
