Café Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Café Manager to join our team. As the Café Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

**Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of the café, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
- Train, schedule, and supervise café staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate supplies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of food orders
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and address any concerns or issues

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training café staff
- Extensive knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Proficient in bartending techniques and familiar with a variety of beverages
- Solid understanding of food industry regulations and health codes
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar role

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
