La personne titulaire du poste sera responsable de coordonner toutes les activités reliées à la réception des matières premières, du matériel d'emballage et des différents colis. De plus, elle sera appelée à faire l'échantillonnage de certaines matières premières et à coordonner toutes les activités d'échanges avec notre entrepôt extérieur en fonction des niveaux d'inventaires désirés à l'usine de Saint-Hyacinthe.

**Nature et étendue de la fonction**:

- Sortir les commandes du système et coordonner certaines étapes avec les autres services (laboratoire, usine, service à la clientèle).
- Vérifier que les documents d’expédition sont remplis correctement par les caristes et inspecter les matières reçues selon les procédures ISO.
- Effectuer la réception des produits dans SAP et Herger, imprimer les étiquettes si nécessaire.
- Archiver et acheminer les documents aux bonnes personnes, et effectuer la transaction pour les retours de marchandise non-conformes.
- Contrôler le niveau d'inventaire de certaines matières premières et déterminer leur destination (Nelson ou Picard).
- Assurer un support informatique pour les caristes et échantillonner les matières premières reçues du fournisseur.
- Classer les échantillons d’Herger et initier des projets d'amélioration continue.
- Contribuer à maintenir la sécurité du produit et faire la cédule de transfert de matières premières et d’emballage.
- Remplacer les membres de l’équipe si nécessaire (ex : vacances) et accomplir d'autres tâches assignées par le supérieur.

**Exigences du poste**:

- DEC dans un domaine pertinent;
- 1 à 2 années d'expérience en réception et/ou expédition, ou expérience équivalente;
- Personne autonome, polyvalente et dynamique;
- Être très organisé et structuré;
- Sens poussé de l'organisation;
- Bilinguisme essentiel (français/anglais).
