Under the supervision of the Specialist, Payroll and Benefits, the HR Payroll Clerk will support the weekly payroll process and the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Inputs New Hire information into ADP
- Assists in the weekly payroll review
- Maintains Payroll and Human Resources files
- Maintains the Employee Referral program (I Spot a Gem)
- Offers support to the retail and Head Office employees on various payroll topics
- Runs various reports for the Payroll /HR Department
- Completes general office duties to support the HR Department
- Ad hoc reports and projects

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED**
- 1-2 years Payroll experience
- ADP knowledge
- Computer literate in MS Office, Excel
- Customer Service oriented
- Good communications skills in both English and French
