**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule customer appointments for drop offs and estimates
- Communicate repair times and cost estimates to customers
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions
- Assist in collecting payments for customer accounts
- Coordinate customer pickups with rental companies
- Coordinate repair times with bodyshop manager and customers
- Communicate with customers and insurance companies to gather necessary information for accurate estimates
- Communicates with insurance companies on customers policies and works with insurance companies to ensure timely claim payment.
- Ensures that our Body Shop Insurance receivables is in current and good standings.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with insurance adjusters.
- Monitor paper flow to ensure that all documents are accounted for, filled out completely and legibly, and filed or distributed to the appropriate parties.
- Controls accounts receivable for body repair work.
- Coordinates customer vehicle pick-up when vehicles are completed in our body shop.
- Invoicing

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Body Shop Administrator or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong data entry skills for accurately recording information
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Excellent customer service and verbal/written communications skills

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

- body shop administration: 1 year (required)
- Front desk: 3 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)

Work Location: In person
