Duties
- Coordinate all materials, equipment (including crane) & scheduled arrival of panels before and during projects
- Discuss with team daily installation schedule, communicate goals and targets with crew
- Create and maintain job schedules and make appropriate adjustments to ensure the project is completed on time
- Be able to solve issues, travel to site and give updates after regular work hours
- Foresee issues before they occur and prepare a solution in a timely manner, Share feedback & plug the gaps with coaching and mentoring
- Lead and motivate crew to ensure that all are working safely and efficiently, avoid conflict by introducing new rules and ways of working together
- Deliver Site Safety Meetings and tool box meetings
- Follow company safety policies and procedure
- Assist in the installation of precast components during the erection of commercial, industrial, multi-story, and agricultural buildings
- Assist Installation Crew with Bracing & clamps installation
- Work effectively within a crew of 3-5 team members on the construction site
- Help with the rigging and signaling of cranes
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Installation & tying of rebar
- Concrete Grouting of Hollowcore Panels
- Concrete Grouting to grout tubes on precast wall panels
- Concrete Finishing
- Patching Brace Holes

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans
- Experience with budgeting and cost control measures
- Strong knowledge of installation techniques and procedures
- Ability to supervise and lead a team of installers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on quality workmanship
- Knowledge of construction processes

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
