**Job Position**

Warehouse Manager.

**Purpose**

Successfully run our Warehouse Operations.

**By 6 Months**:
**What Success Looks Like**:

- Lead full counts in all our warehouse locations and provide verified count sheets in a neat and clean fashion to Operations Director.
- Elevate warehouse supervisors to be able to use D2 systems and communicate internally and between departments.

**KPI**:

- Is the warehouse counted yes or no.

**By 12 Months**:
**What Success Looks Like**:

- You have increased productivity in the garage and are able to measure it.

**KPI**:

- The WO’s have increased per FTE.

**Top 5 Responsibilities**:

- TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION
- Integrate new technologies to improve our inventory flow and warehouse efficiencies. This includes WMS implementation, bar coding systems and automated supply chain processes.
- BUDGET MANAGEMENT
- Manage the budget and ensure your teams are aware and understand the impact of our budget to sales forecast.
- IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY
- Improve employee performance, and decrease waiting time.
- ON TIME AND COMPLETE

Manager d'Entrepôt.

**Objectif**

Diriger avec succès les opérations de notre entrepôt.

- Diriger les comptes complets dans tous nos entrepôts et fournir au directeur des opérations des feuilles de comptage vérifiées, de manière ordonnée et propre.
- Elever les superviseurs d'entrepôt pour qu'ils soient capables d'utiliser les systèmes D2 et de communiquer en interne et entre les départements.

- L'entrepôts est-il comptés d'ici, oui ou non.

- Vous avez augmenté la productivité dans le garage et vous êtes en mesure de la mesurer.
