**Role Overview**

As the Supervisor of Hardscaping and Landscaping, you will be responsible for the execution and oversight of all on-site aspects of hardscape, landscape, and facility maintenance projects. With an established portfolio of clients and assets, you’ll focus on high-quality service, efficient project management, and strategic growth. Working with the team, you will pursue shared goals, building a legacy of excellence in design, execution, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the execution of hardscape and landscape construction projects from sales and design through completion, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Maintain project plans, scheduling labour, coordinating equipment and material deliveries, and performing hands-on work as needed.
- Ensure compliance with 214 Carson Co. health, safety, and quality standards while overseeing productivity at project sites and the shop/yard.
- Build and manage a team to support growth, while creating a quality customer base and exploring new opportunities.
- Review and comment on project designs, schedules, and potential cost-saving measures, addressing any challenges proactively.
- Oversee and manage departmental equipment, including maintenance of trucks, tools, and assigned heavy equipment.
- Complete and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner, such as employee timesheets, daily equipment inspection forms, and time/material billing summaries.

**Qualifications**

To excel in this role, you should bring the following skills and experience:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** in the hardscape/landscape/construction industry, with at least **1 year in a supervisory capacity**.
- Knowledge of hardscape materials and plant species, with the ability to interpret drawings for layout.
- Proficiency in grading, layout, paving stone installation, and building retaining walls; experience with soft scaping is also required.
- Ability to read blueprints and perform site layouts according to project specifications.
- Experience operating light equipment (e.g., skid steers, excavators) and tools safely and responsibly.
- Physical capability to lift **at least 50 lbs.** repeatedly throughout a work shift.
- Valid, clean G driver’s license; Class AZ or A restricted is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills, independence, and self-management abilities.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and quality focus.
- Strategic thinker with a vision-driven approach and the ability to operate at a "10,000-foot level."

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
