Sky Window Technologies specializes in highrise window manufacturing and installation throughout the GTA and beyond. We are a young and dynamic company with exciting opportunities ahead.

REPORTING
The Estimator reports directly to the owner of Sky Window Tech. He or she is responsible for estimating and performing quantity take offs from architectural drawings.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs from architectural drawings
- Review specifications and properly interpret all tender documents
- Prepare detailed quantity lists of labour and materials
- Identify and reconcile any discrepancies in tender drawings and issue appropriate RFIs for clarifications
- Complete job costing on windows that are representative of the project
- Produce preliminary tenders to review with management
- Distribute all tender documents to bidding participants
- Analyze all received quotes from the sub trades
- Perform various pricing exercises from past projects
- Reconcile shop drawings from awarded projects to the tender drawings and identify any discrepancies or changes in the drawings
- Review site instructions to identify additional costs or credits for existing projects
- Assist with material takeoffs for the purchasing department
- Prepare material quantity takeoffs for manufacturing
- Maintain status of all open and closed tenders
- Other duties as required

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
