**About Us**

**Force Inspection Services** is a leading oilfield asset and tubular management and services company to the upstream oil and gas industry. Its core business revolves around drill pipe, drill tools, sucker rods, casing and production tubing, coating services, and tubular products for production and completion. Force’s services include in-plant and mobile inspection, repair, machining, and manufacturing.

**Position Summary**

The Financial Analyst is responsible to conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Prepare financial analysis and related reporting, insurance, credit control, accounts receivable, and budgeting and forecasting
- Analyze the organization's revenues, receivable / payable, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast it's short, medium, and long-term cash flow position
- Evaluate and recommend investments and other financial instruments to meet cash flow needs
- Provide expertise and advice to managers to help them develop revenue budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities
- Present findings and recommendations to top executives; preparing financial reports that may include complex financial analysis, profit and loss, balance sheet, and regulatory reports and filings
- Manage the revenue and receivables function, ensuring invoicing and collections done in time. Follow up with customers, unbilled and AR age analysis and reporting. Additional revenue analytics and dashboards as requested by the management
- Support the monthly financial statement review process by presenting the revenue and cogs aspects to the branches as part of monthly review meetings
- Assist in the preparations of annual budget and forecasting process mainly relating to revenue activities
- Mentor other team members within the finance team including one direct report
- Assist in the annual audit process
- Leads the financial analysis to help the organization evaluate business opportunities and investments
- Completes other ad hoc projects on an as needed basis
- Preparation and review of the credit assessment for new and existing clients before presenting to management (keeper of credit working files)
- Complies with Force Inspection’s Health & Safety program and Occupational Health & Safety Regulations.

**Specific Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Bachelor Degree in in accounting & finance / or a related field; CPA designation preferred (overseas designation will be considered as well)
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite of products with an emphasis on excel and power BI.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to details
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

This position will be Monday - Friday with the opportunity to work from home. Position may require occasional travel (6-33%)
