**What You’ll Do for Us**

Responsible for the highest priority system and process initiatives to support Global Finance Operations - in Asset Management using S/4 Fixed Assets & Project Systems Modules. This role will help drive and implement both the long-term vision and key strategic initiatives including implementing S/4 Hana for Project Systems & Fixed Assets and supporting end users through the hyper-care period and beyond. Collaborating with Global Finance Operations General Ledger BPL and IT, this role will drive improvements and enhancements across our systems and platforms using agile methodologies.

Lead implementation in S/4 for Project Systems & Fixed Assets for all Global company codes including US GAAP and Local Statutory ledgers. This includes but is not limited to data migration of all assets, cut over activities, and ensuring system readiness for The Coca-Cola Company and Genpact associates, assisting with documentation and training, developing, and supporting cutover and business continuity plans, finalizing processes and controls, and supporting end users as needed

Work with business clients and IT to solve system and process issues during hyper-care period and beyond. Provide updates to documentation, training, and processes.

Leads discussions with stakeholders to drive end to end improvements and enhancements for Global Fixed Assets & Project System Modules and processes including leading the full implementation of Project Systems and Capital Budget Management inside S/4. Provide input on the impact of process and systems improvements/changes to Global Capital Management and other functions.

Identify and help resolve reporting issues for the user community and influence the adoption of best practices.

Support other key initiatives designated by the Financial Services Leads in Platform Services.

Actively share system and process knowledge with appropriate stakeholders and provide inputs to related governance as necessary.

Maintain strong internal controls and adherence to standards to ensure compliance to policies.

**Qualifications & Requirements**

Bachelor’s degree is required, Accounting or Finance preferred or Other with Finance/Accounting Experience

CPA or MBA Preferred

At least 5 years of solid related work experience leading business planning, financial planning, or management accounting areas involving influencing, communicating effectively, and managing the business needs of senior leaders across different functions or markets.

Virtual management across cultures and time zones.

Experience in a multinational company with a global footprint.

Strong demonstration of business acumen, financial competency, language fluency, effective communication, systems proficiency, change adaptability, flexibility, being able to operate in ambiguous situations, people management, business partnership and collaboration, and innovation.
