**We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of Business System Analyst to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks.**

**Typical Day in Role**:

- Elicit and document business requirements from internal and external partners (Requirements Traceability matrix (RTMs), User Stories, Use Case, etc.) for onboarding and operationalizing Adobe marketing platforms (Adobe Customer data platform & Adobe Journey Manager)
- Map business processes and roles to activities (workflow diagrams, Responsible, Accountable, Informed matrix (RACI), etc.)
- Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
- Support change management for marketing platforms
- Support user prevision and management

1) 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
2) 5+ years’ experience with onboarding and operationalizing SAAS platforms
3) 3+ years’ experience with system security requirements
4) 1+ years’ experience working with Adobe Experience Platform
5) 2+ years’ experience working with customer data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Braze - please list which)

**Nice-To-Have Skills**:
1) Experience working with Adobe Marketing platforms (specifically Adobe Customer data platform & Adobe Journey Manager)
2) Experience with microapps and Microservices architecture
3) Experience with WebServices
- RESTFUL / SOAP (JSON)
- OpenAPI, Node.js, databases (SQL, NoSQL), Kubernetes, Google Cloud platforms and OAuth2.0
4) Demonstrated expertise in system and platform security requirements

**Soft Skills Required**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Stakeholder management skills

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in technical field preferred - working experience more important

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $60.00-$70.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
