The RBC Dominion Securities branch located in White Rock is seeking a Client Experience Associate to join a successful Private Investment Management Team. You will deepen client relationships by offering support to clients and to the Portfolio Manager. Identifying and assisting growth of new business opportunities will also be key.

**What will you do?**:

- Coordinate meetings and events for the Investment Advisor with clients and prospects: help determine agenda and key topics, prepare documentation, execute post-meeting work. Attend client meetings when required.
- Provide proactive client service with a problem-resolution focus and attention to details. Liaise with various departments for execution, where necessary.
- Respond to client account inquiries and remain accountable to follow-up, as required.
- Help build and execute business plans, client segmentation, and client service plans.
- Identify and execute opportunities among existing client base for asset consolidation, referrals, etc.
- Draw on your social media skills to update the team’s communication channels, including websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, brochures, newsletters.

**What do you need to succeed?**:
**Must-have**:

- Approval as an Investment Representative (IR) with IIROC
- A self-directed individual with a growth and goals-oriented mindset
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (a people person)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills

**Nice-to-have**:

- 4 years or more of professional experience within investment industry
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Highly-developed client service skills
