As a Slot Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable and unforgettable gaming experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the slot machines, assisting guests with payouts, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills will contribute to creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for our patrons.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain the functionality of slot machines, including identifying and reporting any malfunctions or technical issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests by assisting with payouts, answering questions, and resolving any concerns or complaints.
- Maintain a clean and organized slot machine area, ensuring all machines are properly stocked with supplies and promotional materials.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on slot machines, such as cleaning and minor repairs.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the slot floor.
- Stay up-to-date with current gaming promotions, events, and regulations to effectively communicate with guests and provide accurate information.
- Identify and report counterfeit bills.
- Maintain coffee stations and keep slot floor clean and tidy throughout hours of operation.
- Flexibility and willingness to perform duties as workload necessitates.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service roles, preferably in a casino or hospitality setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle cash and perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of slot machines and gaming regulations is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Previous slot operations experience would be an asset.
- Must meet AGLC’s requirements to become a registered gaming worker.
